Pneumatic Dovetail Routing Machine

Transportable and adaptable bench-top machine, to rout a single dovetail slot with each machine cycle for Hoffmann Keys sizes W-0/-1/-2/-3 /-4.

Function

Position and secure the fence plate and lay the work-piece against it. By actuating the foot pedal, the work-piece is pneumatically clamped and the motor starts. The router unit rises through the work-piece and to the pre-set routing depth. When the routing depth is reached the unit returns to its home position and switches off. The routed workpiece is then released.
